These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by JC Eco Blasting (“we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By accepting a quote, booking a job, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided in AUD and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are based on the information provided by you. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes or additional areas are requested.

• GST is applied to all quotes and invoices.

2. Payment Terms

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 7 days of invoice issue.

• Deposits may be required for larger projects before commencement.

• Late payments may attract interest at 5% per month, plus any reasonable recovery costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to complete work safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to all work areas.

• Provide access to a working water supply (and electricity if required).

• Ensure all windows and doors are closed, and personal items, vehicles, and furniture are removed or covered.

• Notify us of fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or areas requiring special care.

4. Our Responsibilities

• We carry out work using professional equipment and industry-standard practices.

• We will take steps to minimise overspray, run-off, and disturbance to neighbouring properties.

• We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, safety, or site access concerns.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand circumstances can change, but cancellations impact scheduling, subcontractors, and business operations. The following applies:

• Residential bookings: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $250 fee to cover administration, lost time, and reallocation of resources.

• Commercial bookings: Cancellations or rescheduling within the same timeframe may incur a $600 fee.

• Jobs cancelled due to unsafe access, failure to provide water/electricity, or blocked work areas may be treated as a late cancellation.

• No fee will apply where rescheduling is required due to weather, safety, or issues caused by us.

6. Damage & Liability

• We take care to prevent damage; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues, including but not limited to: cracked or brittle surfaces, loose render, deteriorated paint, efflorescence, corrosion, mould staining, or water ingress through old or damaged seals.

• Some overspray and water run-off is unavoidable. We are not liable for incidental impact to surrounding surfaces, plants, or gardens.

• Mould and algae treatment removes spores present at the time of service. Regrowth depends on environmental conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

• Roof cleaning: We are not liable for leaks or damage where roofing is aged, fragile, or structurally compromised.

7. Data Collection & Communication

• By providing your details via our website, quote form, text, email, or phone, you consent to JC Eco Blasting collecting and storing your information for the purposes of providing quotes, scheduling work, and ongoing service communication.

• We may use your contact details (email, phone, SMS) to send reminders, booking confirmations, and occasional follow-ups or promotional offers.

• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required for service delivery (e.g. subcontractors, payment processors).

• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

8. General

• All works are carried out subject to availability and weather conditions.

• By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes published on this website.
