Not if they’re solid. If paint is already flaking, we’ll let you know, but we adjust pressure and scrub pad strength to avoid damage wherever possible.

Can you work around parked cars?

Yep, but it’s not ideal. We clean around them and leave those spots out. For best results, a mostly empty lot is the go.

Can you do a regular clean schedule?

Definitely. A 6-month rotation (deep clean + sweep later) is popular with strata and retail clients.

What if we’ve got oil stains or chewing gum?

We’ve got treatments for both. Degreasers, surface pre-treatments, hot pads for gum if needed, sorted.

Do you clean walls or just the floor?

We can include surrounding walls, ramps, signage zones, just flag it in the quote.

What do you need from us?
