Before we even think about sealing, we prep your stone or concrete properly. Great concrete sealing and stone sealing only last if the surface is cleaned and dried the right way.

Deep clean and rinse off (we remove all residue, nothing left under the seal)
Allow for proper dry time where needed (especially on porous surfaces)
Apply a penetrating sealer to prevent water ingress and stains
Optional colour-enhancing sealers (bring out natural tones)

Always. We clean, rinse and allow proper drying. If there’s residue or moisture under the seal, it won’t bond, and we’re not about shortcuts.

Will sealing make it glossy?

Only if that’s what you want. We offer natural matte finishes, colour enhancers, and wet-look options. You choose the look, we make it happen.

What about slip resistance?

We can add a non-slip coating, especially useful around pools or sloped areas. We’ll recommend it if needed.

How long does sealing last?

Most quality sealers last 5–10 years depending on exposure and surface use. We’ll give you the right advice for your surface.

Do you offer cleaning and sealing as a package?
